Delivery
Delivery is free at Emmamour™ and will always remain so. Many of our products are made with great care, especially for you, which is a meticulous process and means that the delivery may take a bit longer than you're probably used to.
Custom-made products: 10-20 business days
Non-custom-made products: On average, 5-14 business days.
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please notify us within 48 hours. After that, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.
Delays
We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Naturally, delays can sometimes occur. If the delay lasts longer than a week, please contact us.
